The room came with clean towels, a King bed, and a TV. Having a microwave and a fridge was a bonus. The location was great, near nice restaurants and Asheville airport. It was only 2 miles away from Feed and Seed.

Would stay here again when I'm in Fletcher. This is a comfortable hotel, brand-new rooms. The staff is really helpful, makes sure that the place is clean. The setting is absolutely perfect and magnificent, adjacent to a platform, and the WNC Agricultural Center.

Close to airport. Only thing I liked.
The lights right above the nightstand was falling off the wall. The plastic cover on the airconditioning was loose and falling off. I told the front desk about the problems twice, but they did not send anyone up to fix them. Also, the phone int he room did not work. Would not recommend this hotel.

Recently had become a Knights Inn. Room was clean with good air conditioner. Microwave refrig and TV were new. Quiet room and maid service was prompt and thorough.
The grounds left a lot of room for improvement. Grass needed to be mowed. Renovations were underway but since it had only been transitioned for 3 weeks there is much room for the grounds to be look tidier .

The bed was somewhat comfortable.
We booked here after other plans fell through. The pictures, reviews and description were not what we found the place to be. Outdated place in dire need of a makeover. The carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom small and musty, the toilet tank cover was cracked, the electrical outlets were so worn out things didn't want to stay plugged in. The "continental breakfast" wasn't anything to write home about either. There was no TV channel guide in the room. There were ashtrays in our non-smoking room - although I must say the room did not reek of stale smoke. Would not stay there again.

The young lady who helped us to our room. I would have left if she hadn't been so nice. Bed linens appeared clean.
The rooms were overpriced for the quality of the facilities. The rooms were dirty - the sink was spotted with white spots like someone had brushed their teeth and it was never cleaned. The airconditioners didn't work so we had to be moved. The only way we could get two rooms together was to take smoking rooms because the air conditioners didn't work. The room still had a cup with coffee and a cigarette in it in the bathroom. Please don't speak in a foreign language when you are talking about me or the services you are trying to provide for me. There were several times I almost left but I did not want the hassle of trying to get my money back and it was late.

Brand-new, well-appointed rooms with fresh towels. A great selection of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. Absolutely perfect setting, so close to the airport in the morning and restaurants and stores.

Location
Apparently they were in the process of changing their name to Knights Inn and had that name on the front of the motel. It was a little confusing finding the right place.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a decent area, just next door to taxi and airport, shopping and restaurants and a hill. Had facilities needed in my a double room, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. A bath in the clean bathroom was super awesome.

Roaches in the room. Not having good wifi. And having a handicap room without high commodes!
